    Educational innovation is a new change, and qualitatively different from the things that exist before, and deliberately sought to improve the ability to achieve certain goals in education. The purpose of this study is to describe the form of innovation carried out in the world of education by utilizing technology, especially in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. The research method used is a qualitative method. The results of the research conducted show that there are many models in the implementation of educational innovations including conception of change, proposals for change, adoption and implementation. The stages in the process of educational innovation begin with the initiation of change, there is an agenda (setting), matching (matching), re-definition or re-structuring, clarification and routine. The forms of innovation that have been carried out in education in Indonesia have started with pioneering development school projects, 1975 curriculum, civil service projects, open junior high schools, open universities, renewal of education education systems, 1984 curriculum, 1994 curriculum, KBK curriculum, KTSP curriculum, 2013 curriculum. Currently with the development of information technology and the echoing of the industrial revolution era 4.0, educational innovation also needs to be done.     AbstractThis research aims to find out the students’ experiences in using Facebook (FB) as a tool for learning English. The subjects of this research were students’ of the sixth semester of English education study program at Tanjungpura University who are active users of Facebook. The data of this case study were derived from the questionnaire, interviews and online observation of the students’ activities on Facebook. The data showed that all of the students used Facebook as a tool for learning English through some features. The students learned English via Facebook by writing their English status, commenting or replying their friends’ status in English, giving a caption on the picture, and re-writing lyric of English word. In addition, the students’ by shared pages/links related to English materials, photos having English words on it, and English videos. The students also learned English by communicating in English through Facebook chatting and group features.  Key words: Facebook, Learning English

    Subsidized rice which was distributed for the poor has a main purpose to reduced the RTM, it was an action of the Government toward food fulfillment of the poor people, and also decreased the expenditure of RTM. The data used in this research was secondary data, and located at Bandar Lampung in 3 samples sub-distric: Kedaton, Sukarame, and Rajabasa. The method which used to analyze was based on the government rules, which content the affectivity on target, on numbers, on price, on quality, on administration, and on time. The result showed the all content were succeed to echieve except on the numbers, this condition was caused by the addition of the “raskin” volume from 13 Kg/RTM to 15 Kg/RTM
